Christmas Bazaar Committees for 2026

These first three committees are most active
in the months or weeks ahead of the Bazaar.

Food

Chair: Jana Humleker and Sallie Carr

  • This committee does not have a limit. The more the merrier!

  • Members of this committee will bake a variety of items in their own kitchens. Baking assignments will be given out weeks ahead of the bazaar.

Bulbs

Chair: Jan Wayne

  • Jan needs at least 3 volunteers.

  • This committee is responsible for sourcing, decorating and tending to the pots that will be planted with amaryllis and paper white bulbs well ahead of the Bazaar.

Publicity

Chair: Sally Gregg

  • Sally has several volunteers already but is happy to have a few more.

  • Sally needs volunteers to brainstorm ideas and possibly “star” in some social media content. All club members are essential in spreading the word about the Bazaar, especially the move to First Congregational Church.

the week of the Bazaar and the day of the Bazaar.

Wreath Bar

Chairs: Dana Groves

  • This committee needs at least
    8 volunteers.

  • Committee members need to be
    available the week of the Bazaar and to work a morning or afternoon shift on the day
    of the Bazaar..

Logs

Chair: Karen Saine

  • This committee needs at
    least 6-7 volunteers.

  • Committee members will make the decorative logs a day or two in advance of the Bazaar.

Live Greens

Chair: Renee McPhail

  • This committee does not have a limit.

  • Committee members will be responsible for gathering live greens a few days in advance of the Bazaar and then sorting and arranging them for the “workshop days” at the mill during the week of the Bazaar.

  • Committee members will make the mailbox saddles a day or two in advance of the Bazaar.
